Apply to Score
Know it. Explain it. Score it.
Most primary pupils can name the parts of a digestive system and still score nothing on ‘explain why.’ Recall isn’t the bottleneck. Application is — and it’s the part nobody teaches.
Bridging Edition · Four Saturdays this December
Before they move up a level, make sure their Science moves up with them. Entering P3 · P3 → P4 · P4 → P5 · P5 → P6
One method, four years
A child who joins us at P3 learns the same way of answering they will use in the PSLE hall. Nothing gets unlearned along the way.
Score — name the question
State · Compare · Outcome · Reason · Experiment. Five kinds of question, not five steps. A pupil learns to spot which one they’ve been given before they write a word.
Seal the mark — build the answer
Spot · Prove · Pin. The same three moves for every answer, at every level, from P3 to the PSLE paper.
Write this: The water gained heat from the surroundings, so it evaporated faster.
Never write this: Because it was hot.
Same knowledge. Only one of them is a mark.

Children entering P3 have no level page of their own. Start with the Bridging Edition — a four-Saturday December track that builds the thinking and language skills they need to begin Science confidently.
Every lesson
Four moves, every time.
Live Science, not just worksheet Science. Key concepts are demonstrated through live experiments wherever possible, so pupils move from ‘I was told this’ to ‘I saw what happened, I understand why, and I can explain it.’
